Customers pay through your shop's own Razorpay or Cashfree account, so every payment settles into your bank account. We never collect, hold or delay your money. For our service, we send you a clear invoice every 15 days.

Our fee is a small percentage of your completed orders.

You pay as you sell, and every rupee of our fee is on a clear invoice.

Do I need my own payment gateway account?

Yes. Your customers pay through your shop's own Razorpay or Cashfree account, so the money settles straight into your bank. We guide you through connecting it, and your store starts taking orders as soon as the gateway approves your account.

Does ThumbOrder ever hold my money?

No. Payments go from your customer to your gateway and on to your bank. ThumbOrder never collects, holds or delays them. We bill our own fee separately, every 15 days.

How does ThumbOrder charge?

A small percentage of the value of your completed orders, billed every 15 days on a clear invoice, plus GST. Cancelled orders are not charged, and nothing is added to your customers' bills. A modest minimum applies; we share the exact figures before you sign up.

Do my customers have to install an app?

No. They scan your QR code or tap your link and order in their browser. If they like, they can add the free ThumbOrder app to their home screen to keep all their orders and favourite shops in one place.

Is ThumbOrder only for food shops?

Not at all. Sweet shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, beauty and personal-care stores, fashion and saree shops, bookshops, mobile and electronics stores, gift shops, florists, pet stores, dairies and more. If your customers order for pickup or delivery, it fits. Medicines and other regulated products are not supported.

Do you deliver the orders?

No. ThumbOrder is not a delivery service. You deliver with your own staff, who get a delivery screen on their phone with the address, a map link and the customer's handover code.

Can I run several branches?

Yes. Each branch has its own menu, prices, stock, hours, time slots and delivery pincodes. A customer's pincode decides which branch delivers.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Tamil and Hindi, for your store, your posters and your staff screens. Each customer chooses their own.

What do I need to get started?

Your product list (an Excel sheet works best), your branch details, a Razorpay or Cashfree account, and your FSSAI licence if you sell food. Send us an enquiry and we'll walk you through the rest.
